Tennessee LHP Andrew Behnke commits to Georgia out of NCAA transfer portal

While Andrew Behnke’s addition is a big one for the Georgia program, the Bulldogs have been plenty active in the transfer portal this cycle. Earlier this month, the Bulldogs added three new pieces.
Seattle University two-way star Kenny Ishikawa committed to the Bulldogs in early June. The Yokohama, Japan native began his college career at Asia University in Tokyo before making the move to Seattle University.Former Tennessee pitcher Andrew Behnke has committed to Georgia out of the NCAA transfer portal. He announced the news on his Instagram account on Monday evening.
Behnke had a 2-0 record out of the bullpen while finishing the year with a 5.11 ERA across 12.1 innings of work. That came after an impressive sophomore season in 2024 when he went 3-1 with a 3.54 ERA across 28 innings in 23 relief appearances.
