The well-known fast food chain KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) has offered Harrison Ingram of the UNC basketball team a NIL agreement. The standout forward for the Tar Heels revealed his most recent sponsorship by sharing several videos of advertisements on his social media pages.
Ingram originally announced his status as an official KFC Partner on social media with the video you see above. With the most recent post, which shows the UNC basketball player devouring a “finger-lickin’ good” item from KFC, he elevated his acting abilities to a new level:
The world of NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) has benefited the student-athletes in the UNC basketball program, as several players have secured endorsement contracts with some of the most well-known corporations, enterprises, and brands. As one of the student-athletes who gains the most from his own brand, Ingram is partnered with one of the world’s most well-known fast-food chains with his most recent agreement with KFC.
Naturally, Ingram’s prospects at North Carolina are in doubt as he mulls over whether he wants to play in the NBA professionally or return for his final year. For the time being, Ingram is still benefiting from the NIL because the relationships he is forming there could follow him to any basketball court in the future.
