The Philadelphia Eagles have officially signed defensive tackle Ty Robinson, their fourth-round selection (111th overall) in the 2025 NFL Draft, to a four-year rookie contract valued at approximately $5.23 million, including a $1.03 million signing bonus .

 

Robinson, a standout at the University of Nebraska, played in 60 games over five seasons, amassing 134 tackles, 26.5 tackles for loss, and 12 sacks . In his final collegiate season, he earned Third-Team All-Big Ten honors after recording seven sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss .

 

Known for his athleticism, the 6-foot-5, 288-pound lineman impressed scouts with a 4.83-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, ranking first among defensive tackles . His performance at the Senior Bowl and Nebraska’s Pro Day further solidified his draft stock .

 

Robinson is expected to contribute to the Eagles’ defensive line rotation, joining a unit that includes Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, and Moro Ojomo . With his combination of size, speed, and collegiate experience, he aims to make an immediate impact as the Eagles prepare to defend their Super Bowl title. 

 

The Eagles have now signed seven of their ten 2025 draft picks, with only first-round linebacker Jihaad Campbell, second-round safety Andrew Mukuba, and sixth-round offensive tackle Cameron Williams remaining unsigned .

 

Robinson expressed his enthusiasm on social media, stating, “Officially an Eagle!” .
