Provo, Utah – NFL Head Coach Andy Reid Honored at BYU’s Annual University Awards Dinner
Provo, Utah – The historic Hinckley Building at Brigham Young University (BYU) set the stage for a remarkable evening last night as it hosted the university’s prestigious annual University Awards Dinner. In a night filled with celebration, reflection, and pride, the highlight was the presentation of a distinguished alumni award to none other than NFL head coach Andy Reid.
Reid, a former BYU offensive lineman and now the storied head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, was honored for his outstanding achievements in professional football and his continued embodiment of the values and spirit of BYU. The award recognized Reid not only for his coaching accolades—including multiple Super Bowl championships and a place among the NFL’s all-time winningest coaches—but also for his leadership, humility, and mentorship on and off the field.
