Kelleher is under contract until 2026, but Liverpool would be ready to trade the 24-year-old if their asking price of roughly £20 million was satisfied, implying they would want a new No.2.
According to sources, Jurgen Klopp has selected Anthony Patterson of Sunderland as a potential replacement for Kelleher if he leaves the club this summer.
Patterson is only 23 years old, but he has already made over 100 appearances for Sunderland in his short career and is regarded as one to watch in the future.

As a result, Liverpool wants to get in before the other teams start knocking. Klopp sees the teenager as an ideal backup to Alisson Becker, their number one goalkeeper.
It remains to be seen as to whether Kelleher will leave Liverpool. However, the Cork-born keeper s believed to want regular first-team football to increase his chances of playing internationally.
Nevertheless, it would take a sensational to pries Kelleher out of Klopp’s hands. Speaking about Kelleher’s potential departure in May 2023, he said: ‘Kelleher? What’s happening with Kelleher? He has a contract. You want us to say goodbye (to Adrian) just in case?’.
The Liverpool manager finished by saying: ‘Honestly, I can’t see Caoimh leaving. It must be an extraordinary offer for me to start thinking, I have to say.’
