I find David Moyes a hard man to comprehend in the transfer market, with the former Burnley player having been acquired and scarcely played. Like others before him, he is going to be loaned out and eventually sold.

Maxwel Cornet is ready to play for the first team if Flynn Downesoffers him the opportunity.
Hammers Forgotten Man Maxwel Cornet deserves a shot.
That hasn’t happened to him yet, as it did to Nikola Vlasic and, in part, Flynn Downes, but with the squad’s current injury woes, surely the time has come to give the man a chance.
After all, Pablo Fornals and Said Benrahma did not make a tremendous impact when given opportunities, whereas Cornet did.
His limited outings, having been signed for a reasonable fee of £16 million, have looked like an action replica of the Vlasic tragedy at £25 million.
With Bowen, Paqueta, and Kudus out, and Benrahma in poor form, it is anticipated that Moyes would give Cornet an opportunity against a Bristol City club in what appears to be a tough FA Cup replay next week.
If Moyes intends to get rid of him, there is another solid reason to play him, since teams need to see what he has to offer.
So far this season, he has made one Premier League game – short – two domestic Cup appearances, and five in Europe, indicating that the competition at that level hasn’t been too great given how seldom Moyes employs him.
He appears healthy following a difficult injury that kept him out of action for several months, so why has he got so little opportunities?
Another weird Moyes transfer market mystery.
