Something is off with Milwaukee Bucks superstar point guard Damian Lillard. He just doesn’t seem to be himself of late, and that has become a contributing factor to the disappointing stretch the Bucks have found themselves in ahead of the All-Star break. Many Bucks (and hoops fans in general) are left confused over the recent down form of the future Hall of Famer.

In the 113-110 road loss to the Memphis Grizzlies Thursday night, Lillard failed to get into rhythm again. Sure, he scored 24 points, but he needed 21 attempts from the field to get there. He was also just 3/13 from behind the arc.
That atrocious shooting performance led to another flood of reactions on social media.
Lillard hasn’t just been efficient on offense, which has started even before the takeover of Doc Rivers as the Milwaukee Bucks head coach. In January, Lillard shot just 38.9 percent from the field. Since the calendar flipped to February, Lillard shot better at 43.3 percent, but that is still sub-par shooting for the eight-time All-Star.
“The league needs to find this Damian Lillard not whoever has been playing in Milwaukee this season,” chimed in @blazers_palace.
“I think the Heat dodged a bullet when they missed out on Lillard! He hasn’t been very clutch this year,” posted
If Damian Lillard can’t score efficiently with Giannis gravity he’d be worse on the heat where he has to share the ball even more with much less gravity,” said X user @HeavenlyBuckets.
The hope for the Bucks and Lillard is that the long break ahead will help him find his shot again, as the team look to get back on track amid their recent woes.
