Coach Priore Welcomes Three New Additions to Penn Football’s Coaching Staff Ahead of 2025 Season
The University of Pennsylvania Football program is gearing up for a promising 2025 season, and Head Coach Ray Priore is reinforcing his staff with fresh talent and experience. On Tuesday, Coach Priore announced the addition of three new coaches: Tyree Foreman, Elias Gonzalez, and Owen McCormick. The trio brings a blend of youthful energy, strategic insight, and a commitment to player development that aligns with the program’s championship aspirations.
“These additions reflect our vision for continued growth and innovation,” said Coach Priore. “Each of these men brings a unique skill set and a relentless work ethic that will benefit our student-athletes on and off the field.”
Tyree Foreman joins the staff as the Running Backs Coach and will also contribute to the team’s strength and conditioning initiatives. A former standout running back at the University of Minnesota, Foreman brings nearly a decade of collegiate coaching experience, including stints at Princeton and Temple. Known for his ability to develop explosive backfield talent, Foreman emphasizes discipline, technique, and resilience. His approach is expected to elevate a Quakers run game that showed flashes of promise in 2024.
“I’m thrilled to be part of a program with such a rich tradition,” Foreman said. “Coach Priore’s commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes really resonated with me. I’m excited to get to work with this group and help take the offense to the next level.”
Elias Gonzalez steps in as the new Wide Receivers Coach. A tactical mind with a strong recruiting background, Gonzalez previously served as an offensive analyst at the University of Penn.
