BYU’s Liz Veron Named Athletic Director at Salt Lake Community College
Liz Veron, a longtime figure in BYU athletics, has officially been named the new Athletic Director at Salt Lake Community College (SLCC), marking a significant step in her career and a major addition for the Bruins’ athletic department.
Veron, who spent over a decade at BYU in various administrative and leadership roles, brings a wealth of experience to her new position. At BYU, she played a key role in athletic compliance, student-athlete support, and operations—earning widespread respect for her professionalism and dedication to student success both on and off the field.
