In a move that has fans buzzing far beyond Provo, BYU head coach Kalani Sitake has reportedly purchased a sprawling $39 million ranch in Georgia, complete with plans to transform it into a family-friendly outdoor paradise.
The massive property, which includes lakefront access, dense woods, and wide-open terrain, is expected to become a private haven for Sitake and his loved ones. When asked about the vision behind the purchase, Sitake didn’t hold back:
> “I wanted a place to wakesurf, hunt, and build a racetrack with my family. Football is life, but family is everything.”
Known for his energetic sideline presence and deep commitment to his players, Sitake’s latest move shows the same passion he brings to coaching—this time, aimed at building memories with his family.
While some may be surprised at the location choice, others see it as a well-earned reward for a coach who has helped elevate BYU into national contention and led the team with heart, humor, and humility.
The property is rumored to already include a 10-bedroom lodge, a private lake, and enough land to host everything from off-road racing to guided hunts. And knowing Sitake’s playful spirit, don’t be shocked if it soon includes a backyard football field or two.
