Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Jaylen Warren seems excited to have Russell Wilson and Justin Fields as his team’s new quarterbacks. While praising the two new Steelers signal callers in a recent interview, Warren may have hinted more about former Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett.During the third day of the NFL Draft on April 27 on Cameron Heyward Live, Warren was asked how Wilson and Fields has been in the team room.
In his response, Warren suggested that the two quarterbacks were much better leaders than the team had last year.”Oh, night and day last year,” Warren said via the Baku X (formerly Twitter). “Leadership says a lot.”The Steelers have had three different starting quarterbacks in 2023. But Warren likely compares Wilson and Fields to Pickett.A day after the Steelers signed Wilson on March 10, Gerry Dulacette of the Pittsburgh Post reported Gazette.
