The Blue Devils and Bulldogs will meet for the 32nd time in series history and the ninth time in NCAA Tournament action.  The teams last met in the NCAAs on May 13, 2022 in the round of 16 with Duke collecting a 4-1 victory.

Duke seniors Ellie Coleman and Emma Jackson continue to lead the Blue Devils on the season and will be making their second appearance in the quarterfinals and the first since their freshman campaign.

The tandem has turned in impressive final seasons for the Blue Devils as they have combined for 53 singles wins, 33 dual match singles victories, 18 ACC singles and doubles wins, 50 doubles victories and 35 dual match doubles wins.

Over their career, Jackson and Coleman have combined for a staggering 172 singles wins, 104 dual match singles victories, 52 ACC singles wins, 154 doubles victories, 95 dual match doubles wins and 41 ACC doubles victories.

Coleman and Jackson became the 32nd and 33rd student-athletes in Duke history to register three 20-win singles seasons.  Coleman also is just the 34th Blue Devil with multiple 20-win doubles seasons and 27th Duke player with multiple 20-20 seasons (20 wins in both singles and doubles).
