Tennessee quickly replaced Iamaleava on their roster with quarterback transfer Joey Aguilar. But the Volunteers might not have had the same funds to either keep or replace Iamaleava as the Texas Longhorns would have had in the same situation.
The Houston Chronicle’s Kirk Bohls reported Wednesday that Texas has a NIL budget as much as $40 million for 2025.
