Listen Recapping the NFL Draft from Ohio States perspective plus Browns Bengals more

Ohio State NFL Draft Recap

Marvin Harrison Jr.: No surprise — went 4th overall to the Arizona Cardinals. Expected to be a major WR1 instantly.

Tyleik Williams: Defensive tackle, 2nd round to the Cincinnati Bengals — huge pickup for their D-line depth.

Mike Hall Jr.: Another defensive lineman, early 3rd round to the Cleveland Browns — great scheme fit.

Cade Stover: Tight end, 4th round to the Houston Texans — he could become a favorite target for C.J. Stroud.

Tommy Eichenberg: Linebacker, Day 3 pick (5th round) to the Las Vegas Raiders — brings toughness and leadership.

Other Notes: A few Buckeyes signed undrafted free agent deals — guys like Josh Proctor (S) and Xavier Johnson (WR/RB hybrid).

Overall:

OSU had another strong draft, though a little lighter in first-rounders than usual beyond MHJ. Defensive line talent was a theme.

Cleveland Browns Draft Recap

Remember: The Browns didn’t have a 1st-round pick (still paying off the Deshaun Watson trade).

Big Picks:

Mike Hall Jr. (Ohio State DT) — love the local tie.

Jamari Thrash (Louisville WR) — adds another weapon for Watson.

Nathaniel Watson (Mississippi State LB) — depth at linebacker.

Focus was on bolstering defensive depth and adding WR speed.

Draft Grade: Solid B+ — addressed needs, but no big splashes.

Cincinnati Bengals Draft Recap

First round: Amarius Mims, monster offensive tackle from Georgia. Protecting Burrow is priority #1.

Added Tyleik Williams (Ohio State DT) in the second — again, reinforcing the trenches.

Picked up Jermaine Burton (Alabama WR) later — insurance if Tyler Boyd leaves.

Draft Grade: Strong A- — smart picks, hit needs, kept an eye on the future (especially OL and DL).

Quick Overall Take

Ohio State continues feeding the NFL, especially with trench guys this year.

Bengals loaded up to protect Burrow and beef up their D-line.

Browns quietly had a smart draft without flashy names but addressed gaps.
